Always warmup before doing flexibility!
0:03 Standing Backbend Walkdown: Stop with both hands on every bar and push legs and arms straight for 1 sec before stepping to the next bar. Once you reach the lowest bar, walk back up.
0:55 Gravity Pancake: Reach between legs for the highest bar you can grab, then let gravity take your butt towards the floor until you feel a stretch. Hold for about 30 seconds.
1:35 Handstand Backbend Walkdown: Stop with both feet on every bar and push legs and arms straight for 1 sec before stepping to the next bar. Once you reach the lowest bar, walk back up.
