That second vehicle just dropped for Starfield. The Deimog is now available as a creation (link below). It comes with a new look, a new mounted weapon (more damage) and more armor.
Once you've purchased a vehicle access at a Ship Vendor, the Deimog will automatically appear in your vehicle hangar. I already had the Rev-8 so I did not need to visit a ship vendor again.
The mounted rocket launcher can be upgraded through Demolitions, Heavy Weapon Certification, Targeting, and Sharpshooting skills.
