WEEK 24/52 — REAL TALK & REAL WORK | SOCAL VLOG
This week almost felt like I didn’t do much — but that’s exactly why this vlog series matters. It forces me to slow down and actually recognize what’s happening in the business, even when it doesn’t feel flashy or super productive on the surface.
I started the week meeting with my lender to talk strategy and map out next steps for our buyers. After those conversations, the clients decided it made more sense to postpone their purchase for now. That happens — and when it does, it means back to fundamentals. For me, that means refocusing on lead generation and staying active in the market even while deals are on pause.
I also spent time shooting content for a new lease listing we picked up in Chino Hills.
I posted one of the videos on TikTok — check it out here:

The market really has been picking up, and we’re seeing that through open house traffic.
Over the weekend, 8 parties came through the new lease, which is great momentum. Now it’s about handling the backend — follow-ups, communication, and guiding each interested person through what’s next.
A lot of the work I do doesn’t always make it on camera. Off camera, I’m usually on the phone, responding to messages, or having conversations that move things forward quietly.
This week reminded me that every season in business feels different — and what you’re feeling now isn’t what you felt before, and won’t be what you feel later.
Stress management became a big theme for me this week. I tend to get stuck in my head, especially after long days of running around. I’m learning that taking breaks and taking care of yourself isn’t optional — it’s part of the strategy. You can’t help others if you’re running empty.
