Описание: Week 22 was about clarity and intention. This episode is about looking forward—setting direction instead of drifting—and being honest about the kind of agent and person I want to become in 2026.

Twenty-two weeks into this challenge, I’ve realized that goals only matter if they’re rooted in who you’re becoming. I want to stay learning-based. The more I grow, the more I realize how much there is to understand—markets, people, contracts, and myself.

Mastery doesn’t come from shortcuts, it comes from repetition and humility.
Being a great buyer’s agent is a priority. That means advocacy, communication, patience, and execution. Not just opening doors, but guiding people through one of the biggest decisions of their lives with clarity and confidence.

La Crescenta, California is a focus. Learning the area deeply, understanding the neighborhoods, the inventory, the history, and becoming a true local resource—not just an agent with access.
Finishing this 52-week series matters. Showing up every week has taught me discipline, accountability, and self-trust. Completing what I start is part of the standard I’m setting for myself.

Practicing gratitude daily keeps everything in perspective. This business can be heavy at times, but being able to serve others, grow, and learn is something I don’t take for granted.
Consistency is non-negotiable—not just in business, but in health, family, and friendships. Success doesn’t mean much if the foundation isn’t solid.

Providing more value is the goal. Better information, better communication, better guidance. The more value you give, the more meaningful the work becomes.
Reading more is part of growth. Sharpening perspective, learning from others, and expanding how I think has a direct impact on how I show up.

Selling 10 homes in 2026 is a milestone—but more than the number, it represents trust, execution, and relationships built the right way.
And lastly, learning to love more and appreciate what I have right now. Not waiting for milestones to feel fulfilled, but being present in the process.

This year is about alignment. Direction over speed. Intention over noise. The work continues.
