There are several steps when you want to do a massage turn on the same spot in Thai Massage (aka the Lotus Flip). It helps to break it down into three parts and then take your time through each component.

Part one is to turn their legs on a 45-degree angle.
Part two is to bring them up to seated position.
Part three is to get them as low to the mat as possible and then flip or roll them over, ideally onto a face cradle. This way they’ll be all ready to go with the back massage!
