The last time I tried seafood sticks was when i was little. my older sister loved them, and she thought I would too. If my memory serves me well, I was instantly sick after taking a mouthful! I haven't tried them since...until today.
Now, these things come under various guises across the globe, such as fish sticks, seafood sticks, krab stick, imitation crab etc etc, and they are primarily made up of a substance called surimi. Surimi is basically a paste made from various types of fish like pollock, large mouthed bass, big eyes, and various species of shark...mmm I know, sounds delightful right?
So in this video I faced my fishy food fear in the hope i'll have changed my mind and discovered a wonderful inexpensive treat for myself! we'll see.
