I Took The Iconic Greggs Festive Bake And Made It BETTER!

Описание: Everyone that lives in the UK knows what Greggs is all about, it's an iconic brand that has become part of modern British culture. They provide warm beige snacks that have kept the nation fed for the last 80 odd years. It's iconic festive bake that is available throughout the Christmas period is a popular choice amongst consumers. HOWEVER, I don't think it's all that great, I mean it's good, but I reckon I can make my own festive bake that's way better.

Now because I kind of did this on the fly, measurements are a little off so take them with a pinch of salt. any left over filling can be frozen to make future festive bakes.

To make my festive bake you will need:
Makes 4-6 bakes
►1+1/2 sliced red onions
►1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
►3 tbsp of cranberry sauce
►200g of diced turkey steaks
►About 200ml of chicken or turkey gravy
►About 150g of stuffing
►4-6 rashers of smoked streaky bacon
►2 sheets of puff pastry
►Pecorino cheese
►Sage
►1 beaten egg with a pinch of salt
►Salt
►Oil or fat for frying
