Hotdog Machine Instructions
Add 6 Liters (1½ gallons) of clean filtered water into small side.
Inside of the bigger section, there is a round disk with holes. This regulates the amount of steam. Leave it cracked open by moving the rod on the side of the disk. And adjust during cooking if needed.
Fill sausage up to (100) into small section & buns up to (48) into bigger section.
Plug in Machine & turn on, place temperature to highest setting, & cover with lids.
Once you start to see steam, lower temperature to between 120°- 130°.
Let it cook for 15-30 minutes before serving.(Depends on environment.)
** Please do not add water when Machine is hot & dry(empty)**
If water needs to be added. Turn off and allow it to cool for 20 mins.
Adding water to a hot machine that has not water inside could ruin the coils at the bottom and the Machine will no longer be operable. Always check on the water levels through the smaller section and add as needed.
