Bhootnath temple is hindu temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. Bhootnath Temple is located in Swargashram area behind Parmarth Niketan Ashram. Bhootnath Temple has multiple floors. The main temple is a small temple on the top floor. From the top floor, you will get an amazing panoramic view of Rishikesh.

According to legends Lord Shiva took a rest here while he was going to marry his first wife Sati. Unlike the other temple, this temple is very quiet as not many people visit here. The temple is surrounded by Rajaji National Park on 3 sides.
