Statue of Unity is the tallest statue in the world. It is located on the Narmada river near Kevadia(Ekta Nagar) in the state of Gujarat, India. The statue is the figure of Indian freedom fighter and activist, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, who was also the first deputy Prime Minister and Home Minister of independent India. Because of his significant role in political integration and unification of the country, this statue was named Statue of Unity.
In this video, I visit gigantic Statue of Unity and witness picturesque views of the surrounding Narmada river and Sardar Sarovar Dam. I also got to see light and projection show. After that, I went to Unity Glow Park and Sardar Sarovar Dam, where I witnessed beautiful light and laser show.
Overall, it was a nice experience, but surely things can be better like ticket, pricing etc.
