🍗 Chicken Kandi Ghost – Recipe Method
Marinate the chicken
Take boneless chicken pieces in a bowl.
Add ginger-garlic paste, green chilli paste, chicken tikka masala powder, salt, and a little oil.
Mix well so the chicken is evenly coated.
Cover and marinate for 1 hour.
Prepare the skewers
Cut onion and capsicum into medium cubes.
Take skewers (sticks) and thread the chicken pieces alternately with onion and capsicum.
Cook the skewers
Heat oil or butter in a pan or tawa on medium flame.
Place the skewers and fry, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked and lightly charred on all sides.
Serve hot
Sprinkle a little chaat masala or lemon juice on top.
Serve hot with green chutney and onion rings.
🔥 Tip: You can also cook this in an air fryer at 180°C for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway, for a healthier version.
