Описание: Episode 1 bringing you local Kitchener Waterloo market data as well as real estate news from across the country. In today's video I do a review of the August numbers for Waterloo Region, followed by my predictions for the fall market. I close out the video with a couple of big news stories from Alberta and Ontario highlighting some very shady behaviour in the Real Estate industry. Here in Ontario there have been several instances where agents should have lost their licenses but instead were fined and allowed to continue working in the industry. The latest fiasco, IPRO Realty with 17 branches, led to RECO's registrar being terminated, but this doesn't go far enough. Regulatory change at RECO is long overdue, something OREA, TRREB and my local board are calling for.
