Описание: Construction works on a new shopping center, started in February 2021 in the Togolese capital, continue in full swing.
After the preliminary phase of, earthworks and stripping of the site of the new shopping center, which has lasted three weeks since the beginning of February 2021, construction work is now underway. The project is developed by the French group Duvall.
This future complex will eventually include, a commercial real estate complex covering an area of 13,000 square meters, including 3,500 square meters of food hypermarket spaces, specialised supermarkets, shops, restaurants and a business center.

Les travaux de construction, d’un nouveau centre commercial, débuté depuis de fevrier 2021 dans la capitale togolaise, battent leur plein.
Après la phase préliminaire, de terrassement et de décapage du site du nouveau centre commercial, qui a duré trois semaines depuis le debut du mois de Février 2021, les travaux de construction sont en cours. Le projet est développé par le groupe français, Duvall.
Ce futur complexe comprendra à terme, un ensemble immobilier commercial, sur une surface de 13 000 mêtre carré dont, 3 500 mêtre carrés d’espaces hypermarché alimentaire, de grandes surfaces spécialisées, des boutiques, des restaurants et un business-center.
