Join Pet for a full body workout suitable for ALL bodies, including our preggies. We use light dumbbells in this one - these are optional, you do you! This is a great class for when you really want to get up and moving and a little bit sweaty but don't fancy a high impact workout. We guide you through a standing series of squats and lunges followed by a decent sequence to get the arms cooking. We then hit the mat to finish off those arms and stretch it out. This would be a brilliant class to smash out before heading out for a run - your legs will be primed! Or paired with one of our short core focused classes.
