Tensions between Pakistan and Afghanistan continue to rise. The conflict has intensified after airstrikes and drone strikes by Pakistan and Afghanistan. In retaliation, Afghanistan first targeted Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Quetta and Kohat, and then claimed a drone attack in Wana, South Waziristan. Clashes at border points are also continuing intermittently. The latest incident took place in Bajaur, where a mortar shell from the Afghan side fell on a border village in Salarzai tehsil, ki*lli*ng four brothers. On the other hand, all exit and entry routes of Lakki Marwat district remained closed until Maghrib time, however, after Maghrib, the Police Peace Committee announced that the roads are being opened until Eid, and a general strike will be held after Eid.
