Have you ever been bothered or harassed from someone (that you know or DONT know) to try or buy their product or service?

My purpose is to bring out the HAPPY in others. We live in a negative, cynical world; if we are not vigilant, it will take over your mindset and effect those around you.

My wife and I are very active on social media; as a pediatric dentist, I use social media (Facebook, Instagram,Twitter, Youtube) to connect with the parents and children who I treat, I share learning experiences, thoughts on diet and nutrition, and clean eating hacks.

Along with my medical professional background, I am also a group fitness instructor as well as an online health and fitness coach.
In this digital age, it is AMAZING how many more people we can reach out to in the hopes of helping them lead a happier and healthier life.

It makes it EASY and ACCESSIBLE to connect with people. With EASY comes solicitation. Emails, texts, instant messages, groups infiltrated by people asking you to BUY their product.

It takes hard work, strategy, big picture thinking, GRIT, determination and thick skin to do things RIGHT.

But in the end we are all trying to do the right thing. We are trying to provide for our families. We are trying to be better people.

Unfortunately, tragedy is glamorized more than triumph.
Failing to succeed doesn't get any press.

You'll always find someone to agree with your gripe session or something negative.

Why not look on the bright side? Why NOT take the higher road and go the extra mile to see the best in people? In the end, it will pay you back 1000 -fold and beyond.
