This route is pure beauty from start to finish. While heavily paved, most of it seems like you are really out in it. Even the paved roads feel like you are off-road as they alternate between gravel and single lane, slightly paved backroads. While not the most challenging, it never feels like a slog. With just enough slippery bits to keep you focused, it's 650 miles of smiles. Here is day 1 starting in Bandera and ending in Junction,
