Ingredients
Suji
Mix vegetables of your choice
Mustard seeds
Peanuts
Green chilli
Ghee or mustard oil
Turmeric powder
Salt and water
Procedure
Chop all the vegetables
Dry roast Suji and remove it
Now add mustard oil or ghee
Add mustard seeds and peanuts, also add green chilli fry them
Add all the vegetables and cook for few minutes
Add roasted Suji
Add turmeric powder and salt mix everything
Add water and let it cook
Your vegetable Upma is ready
