Hey, everyone! I'm finally back. Sorry I was gone. This took me a long time to make. This video is just about my dunk progress I have made over the past year. I managed to gain over 10 inches of vertical! I was 5'3 1/2 in the beginning of the timeline, and now I'm 5'8. I've worked very hard over these 12 months, but I also got hurt during September from landing on one foot instead of two. I had really bad knee pains in my left knee.
