This classic Italian-style alcohol-free no-bake dessert is made with delicate ladyfinger cookies soaked in strong espresso or coffee, layered with creamy, rich and lightly sweetened mascarpone cheese filling, topped with unsweetened cocoa powder, it tastes heavenly~~ If you serve it at your party, it's a perfect end to a dinner party =p The ingredients are pretty simple and easy to make, what's best is that you don't have to bake it, well, sometimes I do want some no-bake dessert XD Oh, most importantly, the key ingredient for this recipe is the ultimate mascarpone cheese, don't skip it and replace it with cream cheese guys, it won't taste as close with the one made with mascarpone cheese~ I hope you guys will like it =D
