In this video, I'm sharing a secret to get melt in your mouth double chocolate chunks cookies with pecan nuts that is crisp, buttery, high in protein and it is so good! This chocolate cookies recipe is one of my best recipe for homemade cookies with rich ingredients and you can indulge in these cookies guilt free.
Double chocolate chunk cookie recipe
250g salted butter
150g icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
150g all purpose flour
100g ground almonds/ almond flour
60g cornstarch
30g cocoa powder
100g chocolate chunks
100g chopped and toasted pecan nuts
30g each cookie
bake at 150c/ 300f for 18-22 mins
yield 2 dozen cookies
