Perfect street style beef veal kabab recipe|| wheel kabab recipe
Ingredients Beef Veal Kabab:
Beef 1kg preferably under cut for more tastier and tender (boneless cut into small pieces) with Fat the Beef Veal kababs tastes Great
Salt to taste
Red food colour (optional)
Pepper powder 1tsp
Roasted cumin powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2tsp
Coriander powder 1tsp
Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli powder 1Tbs
Ginger Garlic paste 1Tbs
Lemon juice 1
Mix well and rest for 20mins
Once the meat release all its juices
Red Chilly sauce 1tbs
Maida (all purpose flour)
2Tbs
Corn flour 2Tbs
Coat the pieces well
Deep fry till the meat is juicy from the inside and crispy from out
Add some handful fresh curry leaves for extra flavours
Sprinkle with some chaat masala and serve with sliced onions n lemon
Preparation:
First, we’re working with 1 kilogram of veal—preferably undercut for that tender and melt-in-your-mouth texture. Make sure the meat is boneless and cut into small pieces.
Now, let’s season it up! Add salt to taste, a pinch of red food color if you like that vibrant look, 1 teaspoon of pepper powder, 1 teaspoon of roasted cumin powder, ½ teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon of coriander powder, ½ teaspoon of garam masala, and 1 tablespoon of red chili powder for a spicy kick.
Next, mix in 1 tablespoon of ginger garlic paste and the juice of one lemon. Combine everything well, making sure each piece is evenly coated. Let this marinate for 20 minutes, allowing the flavors to penetrate deeply.
After 20 minutes, you’ll notice the meat has released its juices—this is when we turn up the flavor even more! Add 1 tablespoon of red chili sauce, 2 tablespoons of maida, and 2 tablespoons of cornflour. Mix everything thoroughly until the pieces are well-coated with the spice mix.
Now it’s time to fry! Heat oil in a pan and deep-fry the pieces in small batches until they’re juicy on the inside and beautifully crispy on the outside. For that extra burst of aroma and flavor, toss in a handful of fresh curry leaves while frying.
Finally, once the kebabs are done, sprinkle them with some chaat masala and serve with sliced onions and lemon wedges.
