INGREDIENTS REQUIRED :-
1/2 kg beef stripes
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
2 tbs red chilli powder
Salt to taste
1 tbs ginger garlic paste
2 tbs curd
1 tbs chicken masala
2 tbs corn flour
2 tbs chickpea flour
1 tbs vinegar
Juice of 1 lemon
Red food colour
Curry leaves
Oil for frying
