Almond Cake Receipt | 杏仁蛋糕
Ingredients:
80g Unsalted butter(room temperature) /无盐黄油(室温)
80g Sugar /糖
3 Eggs / 鸡蛋
60g Cake flour / 低筋面粉
150g Almond flour / 杏仁粉
1tsp Baking powder / 泡打粉
50ml Heavy cream / 奶油
Few drops of vanilla extract / 一点香草精
Some almond slices / 一些杏仁片
Preheat the oven to 175°c/350°F and bake for 30 minutes, depending on oven specifications.
预热烤箱到 175°c/350°F烤30分钟,视烤箱性能而定。
