There are several facial exercises that can help reduce puffiness around the eyes:
Eye Massage: Gently rub your palms together to create heat and then place them over your closed eyes.
Eye Rolls: Look up, then down, then to each side, and repeat several times.
Eye Blinking: Blink rapidly for 10-15 seconds, then hold your eyes closed for 15 seconds.
Palming: Rub your palms together to create heat, then place them over your closed eyes for 30 seconds.
The V-Shape: Place two fingers on the inner corner of each eye and apply gentle pressure while moving the fingers outwards in a V-shape.
Remember to be gentle when doing these exercises, and avoid pulling or stretching the delicate skin around your eyes. Drinking plenty of water and getting enough sleep can also help reduce puffiness.
