Nordic people are known as silent extreme introverts and I used to think many of the habits we have are so embarrassing.

But recently I've started to observe them on a deeper level and have noticed so many benefits and beauty in them 😊

Nordic culture and nordic lifestyle is really quiet, and full of peacefulness rather than lively conversations. It really fits well for people who like slow living, hygge lifestyle and simple living.

In this video, I'll chat about being a confident introvert, introvert habits, scandinavian lifestyle and how to be genuine.
