This Mat Pilates Flow is designed to strengthen, lengthen and energise your entire body. We’ll move through a balanced sequence that targets your core focusing on control, coordination and mindful movement. Expect a grounded, feel-good flow that builds heat without equipment.
This workout is beginner friendly and encourages you to work at a pace that feels right for your body. Take breaks as needed, modify where helpful, and honor how you feel throughout your practice.
