Toor dal — ½ cup, Masoor dal — ½ cup, Moong dal — ¼ cup, Spinach — 5 cups (chopped), Dill leaves — 1 cup, Onion — ½ cup (chopped), Tomatoes — 1 cup (chopped), Garlic — 4 cloves, Green chilies — 5, Jeera — 1 tbsp, Pepper — 1 tsp, Turmeric — ½ tsp, Coriander powder — ½ tsp
Tempering / Seasoning:
Oil — 1–2 tsp, Jeera, Mustard seeds, Garlic (chopped), Onion (little), Red chili
Dill leaves — 1 cup
