This is nervous system regulation through creativity, soul expression without censorship and your inner child, your higher self and your subconscious having a conversation.
Let your hand move before your mind decides.
Let the colours choose you and let the page hold what you’ve been holding, instead of your mind and body.

🎨 1 Minute Art Prompt
Close your eyes. Take 3 deep breaths.
Ask: “What needs to be expressed through me right now?”
Without lifting your pen or brush, create one continuous line for 60 seconds.
Notice where it softens.
Notice where it presses harder.
Notice where emotion shifts.
📓 Journal Integration Prompts
After creating, reflect your piece(s) ask yourself
• What emotion showed up first?
• Where in my body do I feel this energy?
• What part of me was asking to be seen?
• If this artwork could speak, what would it say?
• What am I ready to release?
