As an Iarnród Éireann staff member, you will play a key role in the organisations aspiration to deliver a seamless end-to-end customer journey underpinned by integrated and collaborative working. You will deliver this objective with safety focus as the top priority each time.

Successful candidates will show a high level of enthusiasm for working within a customer service setting whilst also being highly motivated and engaged to work within a stringent rules focused safety critical environment.
