Signore e signori, benvenuti nel gold standard nell’educazione al kettlebell e nella certificazione prima in classifica per i professionisti della forza e del condizionamento.
Due decenni fa, la prima certificazione di kettlebell sviluppata da Pavel Tsatsouline ha fatto molto di più che rendere il kettlebell russo noto nel mondo. Ha scosso il compiacente settore dell’istruzione dei trainer. Anziché vomitare curiosità scientifiche inutili nel mondo reale e coccolare gli studenti con domande a scelta multipla, questa scuola dirompente ha insegnato le abilità del sollevamento con precisione militare e le ha testate in modo rigoroso. Inaudito fino ad allora, i candidati hanno dovuto mettere alla prova il loro spirito sottoponendosi ad allenamenti estenuanti, superando test di forza e dimostrando la loro capacità di insegnamento. SFG, dove “G” sta per girya, o kettlebell, è la certificazione di punta di StrongFirst. Mentre la forza è il fulcro della nostra scuola in generale, SFG persegue una più ampia “forma fisica estrema” e resilienza con la forza alla propria base. Come ogni certificazione di istruttore StrongFirst, kettlebell, bilanciere, bodyweight, SFG si regge perfettamente da sola, mentre tutte assieme si inseriscono perfettamente in un sistema.
