Self-Compassion can be a powerful, yet challenging practice. Sometimes it’s real hard to have self-compassion when we continue to hold unresolved wounds from trauma or other adverse experiences. I’d like to offer this video to you as a shorter, Loving-Kindness Meditation. See how it is for you and let’s lean into some self-compassion.
I’d like to acknowledge that the original meditation was developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn. This adaptation in particular, is adapted from Eve Ekman, Ph.D., LCSW. Thank you Jon and Eve.
