You Will Need:

3 Cups of frozen hash browns
2 Tbsp of oil for frying
1 Pound of lean/medium ground beef
1 Tsp of salt
1 Tsp of ground black pepper
1/2 Red bell pepper, julienned
1 Medium onion, chopped
3 Cloves of garlic, chopped

For the BBQ Sauce:

1/2 Cup of ketchup
1 1/2 Tbsp of Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp of brown sugar
1 Tsp of smoked paprika
1/2 Tsp of onion powder
1/2 Tsp of garlic powder
1 Tsp of apple cider vinegar
1/2 Tsp of liquid smoke
1 Can of sweet corn
1/4 Tsp of hot chili flakes (optional)
2 Tbsp of chopped parsley for garnish
