Welcome to the Precision Training Series. These 4 workouts are designed to sculpt all your problem areas, building a lean, defined physique. You will use extra equipment to intensify all the best target specific mat exercises. Using an overload principle and small, precise movements these workouts will challenge you like nothing else!
In Precision Training Ball you will start with some standing cardio to heat the body, move into deeper squats and lunges, then hit the mat using the ball to elevate your upper body for outer and inner thigh raise combinations, then move to front of thigh and a tough glute bridge set. You will finish with inner thigh squeezes with abdominal engagement and a lengthening stretch.
