If you're ready to relax and release tension, this class is for you - a one hour Yin Yoga class. In Yin Yoga, we hold poses for up to 5 minutes and we target the deeper tissues like ligaments, tendons, fascia, bones, and joints. I encourage you to use props in this class, and I'd recommend a blanket, a bolster and two yoga blocks. You can also practice without props but I find we can sometimes we can get more even more benefits from our practice when using props and meeting our body where it is.
