V videu sem vam želela pokazati postopek peke ajdove potice , ki je tradicionalna potica iz območja Bela krajina v Sloveniji.
Sestavine so sledeče:
Testo:
pol kile dobre domače ajdove moke,
6 dcl vrele vode (lahko tudi več, odvisno od moke)
bela moka po potrebi
1 kocka svežega kvasa (42 g)
1 jajce
3 žlice sladkorja
2 vanili sladkorja
rum
limonina lupina
pol masla (120 g)
Nadev:
1 kg dobre domače skute,
3 dcl goste sladke smetane
2 vanili sladkorja
4 žlice sladkorja
3 jajca

In this video, I’ll show you how to prepare buckwheat potica, a traditional pastry from Bela Krajina, an authentic region in southeastern Slovenia.
Buckwheat potica is a regional specialty filled with fresh cottage cheese, made according to time-honored traditions passed down through generations. With a bit of love, respect for heritage, and the right ingredients, you can recreate this unique flavor at home.
Ingredients:
For the dough:
500 g of good-quality buckwheat flour
6 dcl of boiling water (or more, depending on the flour)
White flour, as needed
1 cube of fresh yeast (42 g)
1 egg
3 tablespoons of sugar
2 packets of vanilla sugar
A splash of rum
Grated lemon zest
Half a block of butter (120 g)
For the filling:
1 kg of fresh cottage cheese
3 dcl of thick whipping cream
2 packets of vanilla sugar
4 tablespoons of sugar
3 eggs
