Hip opening is different from arm balances or short strength practices.
Depth here cannot be rushed. If you want real change in the hips — less pain, more space, more freedom — you need time, preparation, and intelligent sequencing.This class gives you exactly that.
In this practice, we work step by step:
– hip mobility and active range of motion
– targeted Transformative Drills to prepare the joints
– activation and warm-up so the body feels safe
– and only then, deeper release and surrender
Deep hip opening is only possible when the nervous system trusts the process.
And that trust is built through how you sequence — not how hard you push.
This class is for you if:
– hip openers feel stiff, painful, or inconsistent
– you feel blocked even though you “stretch regularly”
– flexibility hasn’t improved despite effort
– you want depth without forcing or collapsing
This is not a shortened or simplified practice.
It’s a long, complete class — because anything less simply doesn’t work for the hips.
