In this video, I’ll guide you step-by-step to make perfect chouquettes, even if you’re a beginner in baking.
½ cup water 125 ml
½ cup whole milk 125 ml
7 tbsp unsalted butter cubed (100 g)
2 tsp sugar 8 g
¾ tsp salt 4 g
1¼ cups all-purpose flour 150 g
4 large eggs about 210–220 g (7.5-7.8 oz) total when weighed out of shell
Pearl sugar – use generously
