Keto Flatbread | Keto Turkish Pide
Welcome to another session of Keto Twist . Turkish pide is a Flatbread with cheese ,veggies ,chicken or beef as the filling and topping in the centre . Pide is usually shaped as oval or "boat" and is commonly described as a Turkish pizza. They are served as horizontal slices and with dips of choice.
Ingredients are :
Mozzarella. 150 gms ( 120 gms for Dough + 30 gms for Topping)
Almond flour. 100 gms
Sour cream. 50 gms
Sugar free Ketchup. 1 tbsp
Salt. 1/2 tsp
Chilli flakes. 1/2 tsp
Garlic powder. 1/2 tsp
Oregano. 1 tsp
Net Carbs :
Mozzarella. 3 gms
Almond flour. 3 gms
Sour cream. 1.5 gms
Sugar free Ketchup 1 gms
Total Net Carbs. 8.5 gms
This recipe is high on fats as mozzarella , almond flour and sour cream provide good amounts of fats .
