Ideally, our diaphragm and our pelvic floor have a very close relationship that translates into optimal, spontaneous core stability. The 6D Breathing exercise was developed to help students and professionals connect their breath to their core. As many dancers tend to hold their breath when dancing, this exercise will also help dancers to retrain their way of using their breath-core connection.
