Описание: Many dancers try to "strengthen their intrinsic foot muscles" however they are often unwittingly overworking several other muscles in the process. I go through the subtitles of performing this exercise to help prevent any excessive tension in the back of the ankle.

This exercise pops up in lots of different programs, but this version is taken from our very popular program "How To Improve Your Pointe Range Safely - Without a Foot Stretcher!!"
