It is intended as a reference and guide, not a follow-along exercise class. The aim is to help you learn the movements, rhythm, and structure of the practice so you can work at your own pace.
The focus is on:
relaxation before effort
connecting breath with movement
improving posture and body awareness
reducing unnecessary physical and mental tension
There is no forcing, stretching, or pushing for results.
Qi Gong works by reducing interference, allowing the body to regulate itself more naturally, helping clear stress, anxiety, leaving you feeling calm .
You don’t need special clothing, equipment, or a large space.
Short, regular practice is far more valuable than long or intense sessions.
This is the same core practice I’ve used personally for over 25 years.
I don’t necessarily perform the full routine every day, but I always work with some part of it — especially the breathing and standing work.
If questions come up as you practise, I regularly answer common themes through short public videos and cover the work in more depth during in-person seminars and 1-to-1 sessions.
