This is a 20 minute womb led feminine embodiment practice for women who are ready to feel in their bodies what wants to come alive in the next phase of their lives in 2026.
Rather than visualising or forcing clarity, this practice invites you to listen through sensation, movement, breath, and presence, allowing deeper knowing to surface organically.
This is a somatic, feminine way of listening.
We work with the womb, pelvis, spine, and breath to connect with the part of you that already knows what is ready to be planted, tended, and grown.
You’ll be guided to:
Ground into the body and nervous system
Connect with womb wisdom and inner knowing
Sense what is asking to be birthed next
Let clarity arise through felt experience, not analysis
This meditation is for women who:
Feel mentally busy but know clarity lives in the body
Are entering a new phase or threshold in life
Want to reconnect with feminine wisdom and embodiment
Are drawn to womb-led, somatic, and earth-based practices
