5 step (first 5) into 3 step race rhythm over last 4 (9 hurdles at 30 inches) - spacing 28/30/32/32/23/24/25/25 feet
Finished section up with Resistance tubing (Trail leg cycle/ Lead Leg high knee drive into wall)
