●SASTOJCI:
za okrugli kalup promjera 24-26 cm:
4 jaja vel. M
125 g šećera
malo vanilije
130 ml ulja
130 ml mlijeka
250 g brašna
1 prašak za pecivo (16 g)
30 g kakaa + 60 ml mlijeka
Svi sastojci trebaju da budu sobne temperature!

●INGREDIENTS:
for a springform pan (24–26 cm):
• 4 eggs (size M)
• 125 g sugar
• a little vanilla
• 130 ml oil
• 130 ml milk
• 250 g flour
• 1 packet baking powder (16 g)
• 30 g cocoa powder + 60 ml milk
All ingredients should be at room temperature!

Preparation:
1. Beat the eggs, sugar, and vanilla until fluffy.
2. Gradually add the milk and oil.
3. Sift the dry ingredients (flour mixed with baking powder) into the mixture. Mix quickly but not for too long, so you don’t lose the air in the batter.
4. Take a little less than half of the batter and transfer it into a separate bowl. Add the cocoa powder and milk, then mix well.
5. Line the bottom of a springform pan with baking paper and layer the batter as shown in the video.
6. Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 175 °C (top and bottom heat) for about 30 minutes. Don’t forget to do the toothpick test. Let it cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
