Hope everyone is enjoying the new month of March and are beginning to look forward to spring-like weather (unless you live somewhere where it's already warm). This year I tackle the old Canadian tradition of maple syrup making. Although the 40 parts sap to 1 part syrup means alot of work, I'm up for the challenge. Check out the simple setup I have going for this year's sap run that anyone can surely rangle together at their own place. Come along as you experience the same ups and downs that I'm surely to experience being a maple syrup rookie. Here we go!
