Day 4 focuses on softening.
When the nervous system has spent time in alertness, stress, or vigilance, it doesn’t switch off instantly. It needs permission to gently downshift. This EMDR-informed nervous system meditation is designed to help the body move from alertness into ease—slowly, safely, and without force.
Using calming blue-green visuals, slow rhythm, and subtle bilateral movement, this meditation supports parasympathetic regulation and polyvagal safety. There is nothing to fix, analyze, or change. The body is simply allowed to soften at its own pace.
