The rear edge is folded using pliers for precision. The concave sections are stretched, and the convex areas are shrunk to match the buck's form.

Using the guide lines from the template, he shapes the nose by switching between a shrinker-stretcher and traditional hammer and dolly work. As the nose starts to take shape, he fine-tunes the curves and contours. The final steps involve filing and sanding the surface to smooth out any high or low spots and get a clean, finished look.
