Hey everyone! Today im bringing you my first voice over workout type video. Today i focused on legs. This workout took about an hour and fifteen minutes, with the squat rack and leg press taking the most amount of time. For this workout i tried to get the best bang for my buck with what i worked on. I did Squats, Leg press, lunges, and a bit of accessory work such as leg curl and leg extensions. Hope you guys enjoyed this video!
