Strongest in the game. HARLOWE is BROKEN OP with this NEW BUILD in Borderlands 4, where we can take on all content in UVH6 True Mode. This is absolute cinema, with the Shalashaska weapon referencing revolver ocelot, this thing shreds every boss in BL4. You do need the increased size on the torgue explosions for this to work, but my goodness the damage from it is absolutely insane. Lots of fun too, I am happy theres a strong revolver again
